01What we use

Our sites use cookies to keep you signed in, complete sign-in safely, remember your language choice, and show what is new in the staff and payment portals. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

The language cookie is set when you select a language. The staff and payment portal markers are set when you view the relevant pages. We do not currently show a separate cookie prompt. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some features will then stop working.

02Cookie inventory

These are the cookies our app currently sets:

ron_session: a signed token identifying your Roblox account, used for signed-in pages. Host-scoped, HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production; lasts up to 30 days or until sign-out.
ron_oauth_state, ron_oauth_verifier and ron_oauth_return: security and return-path values for Roblox sign-in. ron_oauth_grant marks a separate Roblox permission request. These are HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production and expire after 10 minutes; the callback clears them.
ron_discord_oauth_state and ron_discord_oauth_return: security and return-path values while you connect a Discord account. They are HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production and expire after 10 minutes; the callback clears them.
rnl-locale: the language you select. It is HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production and lasts up to one year. On ronation.live it is shared with our subdomains; on other domains it stays on that host.
hub_seen: when this browser last viewed the staff activity feed. partner_seen: when it last viewed the payment documents list. Each is a host-scoped, HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax cookie, Secure in production, lasting up to one year. They mark which entries are new; they do not track activity across sites.

03Other services

Roblox and Discord may set their own cookies on their own sites while you sign in or buy an item there. Their notices govern those cookies. Our merchandise pages link to Roblox rather than taking payment here.

04Your choices

You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the session or sign-in cookies prevents you from staying signed in or completing sign-in. Clearing the language cookie resets your language choice; clearing a portal marker resets which entries appear new.
